The second annual Premier's Power of Positive Change Awards will be given to students who are working to make their school, community and world a better place. Up to 10 students from grades Primary - 12 across Nova Scotia will be awarded a $2,000 bursary to be used for used for their post-secondary education. For more information,

Martin Luther King Jr. in Dominoes
Grade 5 students at St. Margaret's Bay Elementary created this picture of Martin Luther King Jr. using dominoes in math class. Each student worked individually on a 4x6 tile and then placed them together to create a large work of art which is now on display in the school foyer.
