Transfer your Resume from the old HRSB Online Resume System
We know that many of you have worked hard on developing resumes over the years on our old Online Resume System. The good news is that you can copy some of that hard work into the new Careers at HRSB system quickly and easily!

Login with your username and password

Select “Careers at HRSB” in drop down menu

Select the “Resume” icon

Select “Transfer” to migrate your resume from the old system

Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your old resume ID # and password (If you do not remember your ID you can contact a HR representative for assistance – 464-2000, ext. 2200 or 2328)

Select the type that best represents the contents of the resume you are transferring (i.e. “Teaching” Resume for resumes which will be used for applying to teaching positions)

Select “Transfer”

You will then receive a message saying your transfer is “Complete”

Click “Continue” at the bottom of the screen to go to the main page where you can access your resume via the “Resumes” screen. It will be called the same name it was on the old system.
Forgot your old Resume ID # - email careers@hrsb.ns.ca or call 464-2000, ext. 2200 or 2328 and we will respond within 24 hours. Resumes from the former HRSB Online Resume system will be accessible until February 28, 2011.

Access your Professional Profile for Principals and Vice Principals
The ability to transfer Professional Profiles for Principals and Vice Principals is not yet available in the new Careers at HRSB system. In the meantime, you may access your Profile to copy and paste the details into the new system.
Forgot your old Profile ID # - email careers@hrsb.ns.ca or call 464-2000, ext. 2200 or 2328 and we will respond within 24 hours. Professisonal Profiles from the former HRSB Online Resume system will be accessible until February 28, 2011.
