The Halifax Regional School Board believes “people” to be its single greatest resource. The Human Resource Services Department supports schools by providing a broad range of HR services to approximately 8000 full-time, part-time and casual staff.

 

We work in partnership with other departments and School Administrators to ensure employees receive the services necessary for them to carry out their roles and responsibilities in a healthy, safe and productive work environment which promotes and encourages student learning.
