Board Services provides a broad range of services to schools. The Board Services department is directly responsible to the Office of the Superintendent for the executive functions of the organization.

In addition, the Senior Staff Advisor is primarily responsible for all matters relating to the transition to, and the implementation of, the Blueprint for Improvement, including compliance with Department of Education guidelines for school board structures. The Senior Staff Advisor acts in the place of the Superintendent, as required, and is responsible for the overall operation of the Board Services Department.
