Communications
The Communications Division assists in the distribution of information regarding the Halifax Regional School Board. Communications is responsible for media relations, internal communications, social media and overseeing the HRSB web site.
Communications also provides support to schools to promote their many events and projects to the media, government, businesses, and most importantly, the communities they serve.
Our 137 schools, 50,000 students and more than 8,000 full and part-time staff have terrific stories to tell and it is our job to help ensure they are told.
Communications Services provides communications advice and support to the Board, the Superintendent and all our schools.
