Labour Relations

• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with the four unions representing School Board employees.  

• Provides advice and expertise in grievance and arbitration handling, contract negotiations and administration of collective agreements.  

• Ensures compliance with employment and labour laws through consultation with Human Resource Services Department.  

• Provides leadership and training opportunities in the areas of contract interpretation and labour relations issues.
